If the price is acceptable, we will write up an agreement together and then go to work for you.
If you are still looking for a lot to build on, we’re here to help. We work with the very best real estate professionals who will work tirelessly on your behalf to find the Maryland homesite that’s right for you. Once you find one you like, we will investigate it with the county authority and provide you with any additional site costs so you can make an offer on the property.
We work with top mortgage specialists in the industry to tailor a construction loan to your specific needs. Just like no two homes are the same, no two financing packages are the same.
Once you have the homesite and we have the building permit, you are 8–10 months away from moving in to your beautiful new dream home.
