  • Where do you build homes?

    We build homes throughout the greater Baltimore area, including Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and Carroll County. Through our decades of experience in Maryland, we have developed a positive reputation and strong relationships with county officials and inspectors across the region.   • Why should I build a home?

    It takes a special house to become a home. And you deserve a home that is built exactly to your liking. Imagine getting to choose all of the custom features, desired details, and finishing touches just the way you want. A home that is customized for you will be your own unique haven and place of hospitality. You’ll make memories that last a lifetime in this home.

  • How long is the building process?

    After the first shovel hits the ground, the building process usually takes eight to ten months, depending on the size of the home and the level of finishes. We will also work with the county on your behalf as needed to help obtain a building permit.

  • Can I use my plans to build a home?

    Absolutely! If you have a set of plans, we can get them approved by the county. Or if you have a few drawings or pictures, we can bring them to life. We have extensive experience turning customers’ ideas into reality.

  • Can you help me find a lot?

    Most definitely! We have many options in and around the Baltimore area. We work with the very best real estate professionals who will work tirelessly on your behalf to find the homesite that’s right for you. Once your homesite is found, we become your advocate. We visit and review the homesite, meet with the appropriate county departments, and let you know of any potential improvement costs, which prepares you to make your best offer on the lot.

  • How do I select a plan?

    You’re welcome to peruse our plan catalog, which fits most tastes and desired square footage. But if you don’t see something you like, we can design a plan that fits your needs. We can also adapt a drawing or picture to become your dream home.

  • Isn’t building a home really expensive?

    Not necessarily. Newly built homes come in all different shapes, sizes, finishes, and prices. Our customers have been surprised how affordable newly built homes can be. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we can give you a bid back in 5 business days!

  • How long does it take to receive a bid?

    Just 5 days! Once we have a plan and specifications, we can turn around a bid in 5 business days. If you don’t have specifications, we can provide a set to you for your approval, tweak as necessary, and then provide a price.

  • What can I do with the land I already have?

    It depends on the land and what you hope to do with it. If you are a landowner looking to sell your land, you can sell it to us. We are actively pursuing lots and additional projects in Maryland, and we would love to hear more about your goals for the property. Or if you are looking to build on your lot, we can come alongside you in the county research process and see what is feasible to build on your property. We’ll help you determine if the land can be divided and developed.
