The Ellington

The Ellington is built up off the ground, with a carport and storage room under the house and two full floors above it. The bedrooms sit on the first floor, including an owner’s suite with its own bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen, family room, dining room and living room share the second floor. Above that, the third floor is unfinished storage as standard, or it can be finished with a rec room, a flex room and a third full bath.
